Invert

Flip the signal polarity while conserving the baseline.

Dynamic range optimization (DRO)

Signal amplitude is typically very small, thus vulnerable to quantization error. DRO will scale data to span the full 16-bit range.

Normalization

Same as DRO except that the data scaling is done for each pixel individually.
